CPSA is a non-profit organization. It was founded in 1990 devoted to artists working with colored pencil. CPSA represents 16 countries with more than 1900 members. They provide an annual International Exhibition & Convention, workshops & seminars, newsletter, metworking directory, product research and 25 district chapters across the United States.
